These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of coaching services. By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Description

I offer personalized 1-on-1 coaching services conducted via video call.

Coaching is educational in nature and intended to support musical development.

3. Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked through direct communication (e.g., email or contact form).

A session is confirmed only after:

  1. A time has been agreed upon
  2. Payment has been recieved

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  1. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before a session.
  2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
  3. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is non-refundable.

If technical issues occur on my side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Coaching outcomes depend on individual effort, consitency, and practice. I don not guarantee specific results or performance improvements.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full paument details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  1. Text
  2. Branding
  3. Logos
  4. Teaching methods

is the intellectual property of Jazzembouchure.com

Unathorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation pf Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Jazzembouchure.com shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect of consequential damages
  2. Loss of income or oppurtunity
  3. Technical interruptions beyond our control

Use of our services is at your own risk.

9. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate conduct or abuse of services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Swedish jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
